Call opens for DigCurV conference

The DigCurV project is delighted to announce “Framing the digital curation curriculum”, a conference  to be held from 6th to 7th of May 2013 in Florence (IT), and to open this call for contributions.

Deadline for submission of abstracts extended to 7 February 2013

DigCurV workshop

Registration has opened for a Framing the Digital Curation Curriculum: A DigCurV workshop, a free one-day event which forms part of the ongoing work to design a Curriculum Framework in digital curation.  The workshop will be held in Florence on 10th December 2012.

The Library of Congress  held its first ‘Digital Preservation Outreach and Education (DPOE) Baseline Workshop  ’ in Washington D.C., 20 – 23 September 2011. DigCurV team member Laura Molloy, University of Glasgow, attended the workshop to observe proceedings.
